7” Utility Knife

A scaled down version of the Chef's knife, you can think of this as is your "mini" food processor. The 7" blade is very handy for a wide variety of smaller volume tasks where more precision is desirable, and a larger blade is not neccesary. I also like this knife for carving roast chicken and turkey.
