3 1/4” Paring Knife

The round point represents a bit of a departure from traditional kitchen cutlery design, but this knife is my all time favorite for peeling fruit such as apples, pears, and peaches. Not only safer, the round point also provides a larger bearing surface for guiding the knife as you cut. Also makes a very attractive cheese and appetizer knife for entertaining.
